Members of The University of Cambodia Attend the Funeral of H.E. Ich Seng

Phnom Penh, June 22, 2016, On behalf of The University of Cambodia, Mrs. Por Malis, Dr. Y Ratana, Mr. Norm Sinath and Mr. Ban Bunheng attended the funeral ceremony of H.E Ich Seng, President of Mekong University of Cambodia who passed away on June 17, 2016 by illness. Management, staff, faculty and all members of The University of Cambodia would like to share our condolences to the family of H.E Ich Seng for the great loss of H.E Ich Seng and we would like to pray to all the gods and divinities to bless the soul of H.E Ich Seng to be reborn in human form in the next life and the following. The University of Cambodia regrets his death and regards it as a loss of important human resources for Cambodian development.
