Description for 23rd april event!!!
There will be five tables, one table per zone the volunteers will come and will register at one of the tables. When a zone reaches 500 volunteers, registration there will be closed (that would be for an estimated number of 2,500 volunteers). At the table volunteers will not only register, they will also pick up stickers (color-coordinated for different zones) water, gloves, trash picker-uppers, trash bags and t-shirts.
Quick opening ceremony, all the zones will leave at different times in order to avoid chaos and collision. After the clean-up, volunteers come back to Olympic Stadium to get coupons which they will be able to trade in for drinks (Pepsi) at the concert that evening
