14 September 2023 UC Debate Club Council Meeting 2:30pm, Conference Room After the UCDC Election on September 2, 2023 and some “getting to know you” activities on September 8, the UCDC team held their first official meeting today. Chaired by H. E. Samraing Kamsan, UCDC Advisory Committee Chairman, and with the help of Mr. Norm Sinath, the meeting discussed the following: 1. UCDC by-laws/statute 2. UCDC internal regulations 3. UCDC code of conduct 4. Other matters Members of the Advisory Committee and UCDC Council also participated in a question and answer session, which helped ensure that all new members of UCDC understood their role and expectations. The meeting was then adjourned at 4:00pm. |
