Dr. Y Ratana, Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Dr. Angus D. Munro, Vice-President for Research Development and Policies, will attend a workshop entitled, “Designing and developing action plans for research development in education”. The workshop is facilitated by MoEYS, and will be held from September 3rd to the 5th, 2014 at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh.
