Celebrate the arts with the University of Cambodia! On June 4, UC will co-organize the 7th International High School Arts Festival 2011 for Cambodia. High school students are invited to participate and must submit an application and work art by June 2 to the UC Office of Administration.
The art competition will be held on the following:
Date: Saturday, June 4, 2011
Time: 8 am to 12:00 pm
Location: UC Conference Center
The high school student who wins 1st Place in the art competition will win a trip to Japan from July 27-31, 2011 to participate in “The International High School Arts Festival,” where the student’s winning art piece will be displayed in an exhibit with pieces from other winning young artists and professional artists from Japan and around the world.
The prize-bestowing ceremony is tentatively scheduled at UC on June 11 at 9:30 am.
This Festival is sponsored by the International Foundation for Arts and Culture (IFAC), which is chaired by Dr. Haruhisha Handa, UC Chancellor.
