The application deadline for the HK PhD Fellowship (http://www.polyu.edu.hk/ro/hkphd-fellowship/) is December 1, 2010. Candidates will be nominated to compete for the 135 prestigious Hong Kong wide positions with a HK$20,000/month (tuition free) stipend. Our faculty/department will also guarantee 3-5 top candidates with our own fellowship (HK $13,350/month, NOT tuition free). This means that candidates recommended by FH will know by early January that they have guaranteed doctoral studentship position at PolyU and can start to make their study plan. The 135 HK PhD Fellowship positions will be announced in March 2011.
