Novice Debate Team Achieves Victory

On April 1, 2009, four young members of The University of Cambodia Debate Team made their debut on national television at the “Youth Environmental Debate,” hosted by the Ministry of Environment at TVK, going head to head against teams from International University, Chenla University and Cambodian Mekong University.
