We have moved to our own campus since 17 October 2011. As part of our development and expansion, we are now looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Dean for Graduate Studies (1 position)
Requirements:
- PhD in Education, Management, or other relevant fields
- Minimum five years work experience in management positions at the university level
- Proven track record to lead the Graduate Program to a position of global authority, and make the Program fit to regional and international standards
- Ability to coordinate responsibilities of multiple Colleges of the Graduate Program
- Experience writing, rewriting, conceptualizing, analyzing and crafting internal policies amenable to the Program’s latitudinal and longitudinal growth and development
- Exercise sound judgment in creativity, responsibility, motivation, and critical thinking
- Capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects at once, under deadline pressure to deliver high-quality products with minimal mistakes
- Have an outstanding record of conducting empirical research, advancing knowledge, promoting scholarship, and embracing teaching with passion and dedication
- Strong ability to cultivate an environment of joint collaboration to advance the University’s mission and goals
- Be able to work independently and collectively in small and large groups
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Commitment to academic and institutional excellence
- Be able to work some evenings and weekends
- Demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English
- Have a strong command of computer platforms, operating systems and relevant programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Note: This position is only open to Cambodian nationals.
Associate Dean for College of Arts and Humanities (1 position):
Requirement: Master in English, Linguistic, or other relevant fields with minimum of 4 years working experiences with academic institution and curriculum development. Be able to provide academic counseling to the students and instructors under their respective college, textbook development and review. Possess strong personal and organizational skills; work well independently and as part of a team; demonstrate strong networking and communication skills; willing to work hard and learn from experience; highly motivated and creative, honest, responsible; demonstrate critical thinking; be dedicated to the mission of the university; have a good command of English and computer literacy.
Director, Marketing Department (1 position):
Requirements: Must have an MA degree in marketing. Minimum 4-years working
experience in marketing field. Be able to develop marketing strategic plan and a marketing plan. Command of English, computer literacy and strong networking.
Deputy Head of Library (1 position)
Requirement: Must have at least BA degree, minimum 2 years working experience
related to library management, library science, or have educated in library area, knowledge of E-Library, be able to supervise staff, command of English, be able to work as a team, willing to learn, computer literate, and commitment to UC.
Director Office of Administration (1 positions)
Requirement: Must have an MA degree in Management or related field, High responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline, at least 2 years work experience at a managerial position with strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills, Organizational skill are a must, strong computer skill, and English speaking and writing is a must.
Director of IT Department (fulltime) 1 position:
Requirement:
Web Application, Database Officer, (3 positions)
Requirements: BA in IT or Computer Sciences, At least 2 years of experiences in database developer, Language: HTML, CSS, Java script, ASP and PHP & MySQL, Server: SQL Server, Have a good command of English, be able to work independently with less instruction.
