The following outlines of
course content are correct at the time of writing, although the
material (or the order in which it is covered) may be subject to

1. All courses are 3 credit hours each, unless otherwise indicated.2. Normally, a course will not be run without a minimum enrolment of five students.
The elements of research
and the appropriate methodology employed in different designs will be
discussed.
This course introduces
students to the fundamental ideas and concepts of statistics, in order
to interpret statistical results, to perform statistical tests, and to
understand the circumstances under which a given statistic is
appropriate.
FDN503: Research Paper Writing
Develops skills in
organizing information, summarizing, and synthesizing academic writing
for research reports. This course also covers skills appropriate to
writing a formal literature review and the appropriate style for
research thesis and dissertation.
